Q)How do you use our bears today? (do you give it away, retail him etc?)
A) I sell my Iggy Stuffed Animals to go along with the main character of my book, Iggy the Iguana.
Q) What does your staff and customers think of our bears?
A) They love him! He is so adorable and looks just like the illustration of Iggy!
Q) How has our bears improved your business or helped you meet your goals?
A) Having a character for children to hold definitely increases their excitement about the story. Iggy is not just a story any more, but a product, an image! He has come to life. I plan to create all of the main characters in my series, eventually.
Q) How has your experience been with the Mascot Factory? (Responsive, customer service, price competitive, deliver on time, would you be willing to refer us etc?)
A) Your designers are very skilled, personable, and patient with those, like myself, who know exactly what they want. Iggy had to be perfect in order to be the real thing, so I was very pleased with personal attention I received from the mascot factory. I was also very appreciative of their suggestions and expertise in the creation of my animal. You can tell they know exactly what they are doing and produce quality material. I got a great value for a great unit cost. I would definitely refer anyone to the mascot factory!
